DDrugs containing painkillers (nimesulide, oxyphenbutazone, metamizole), anti-blood clotting agents (warfarin), blood pressure-lowering agents (hydrochlorothiazide), medicines for mania (lithium), etc. should not be taken with Diclofenac Sodium injection as they may interact with it.
